Returns / Guarantee

Dead Red offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on everything you buy from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a refund. All products must be unused and in good condition.

Products that have been used, such as gloves, bats, caps or apparel, will not qualify for refund or exchange. If you unfortunately receive a product that has a material or workmanship defect, then please immediately contact Dead Red so we can arrange for replacement.

Returns

For returns or exchanges please follow the steps listed below. Please refer to the guarantee policy above before returning a product.


Return Authorization Number Required.  Please click the tab titled “My Account” located in the upper right corner of this page. Follow these steps:

  1. Login with your username and password,
  2. Click on the return button,
  3. Select the proper “order I.D.” (see packing slip),
  4. Click on “return box” for the item you wish to return,
  5. Click “return selected items” button,
  6. Your RMA (return materials authorization) number will appear and will automatically be sent to you by e-mail.  Please print and send a copy of either the return material authorization e-mail ( RMA ) or a print copy of the Process Order Return(s) page and send with your returned items. Please be sure to list the RMA number issued on your shipping label on the outside of your package.
    • Pack the item securely in its original package if possible.

    • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Dead Red cannot accept COD deliveries.

    • Abuses to the return policy, such as abnormal wear or tear, are subject to Dead Reds’ discretion.

    • Dead Red will strive to solve your need within a period of two weeks.
