from us or wants to join Team Dead Red, or enter one of
our drawings/contests, then the Parental Consent Form
must be completed and mailed to us. The consent form should
be printed from this web site, completely filled out then
either mailed or faxed to Dead Red Sports.

When a child under
13 registers with us we collect name, birthday, gender,
address, e-mail address, sport preferences, and a selected
ID and password. Once consent is received we may collect
further information from your child, for example when
they register for a contest. We will not ask the child
for any more information than is necessary for the child’s
participation in that activity.

Information is retained behind secured networks and is
only accessible by a limited number of authorized people
associated with Dead Red Sports.
We will delete
personal information about a child upon receipt of written
request from the parent or guardian who signed the original
