funds through the Dead Red program. Dead Red has designed
this program so your organization can easily fundraise and
keep your time involvement to a minimum. The entire lines
of products as shown on the web site are available for the
fundraiser. Your territory for promoting the fundraiser in
unlimited since your potential customers are accessing an
internet web site.
How the fundraiser
works: Dead Red Sports will pay you a 5% commission
on all products purchased when participants use your special
code identifier. Dead Red will send you a check at the end
of the fundraising period. All you need to do is notify all
potential participants of the fundraiser after you have read,
understood, and have signed this agreement. Dead Red Sports
will then provide you with marketing materials for your promotion.
We suggest that you hand out a Dead Red brochure to all potential
participants as well as promote the fundraiser through your
existing communication channels (newsletters, flyers, e-mail,
etc).
Orders: All
orders will be made via the Dead Red web site or the toll
free phone number. Your organization will not handle orders,
products, shipping, customer service, or bill collecting.
Your primary function is to encourage people to check out
our web site for their equipment and apparel needs.

All products purchased from Dead Red Sports will
carry our 100% satisfaction guarantee as described on the
web site.
Responsibilities
Of Dead Red Sports: Dead Red will provide an active
e-commerce web site, company brochures, timely shipping, customer
service, and professional interaction with you and your participates.
Governing
Law: The parties
agree that this application shall be governed by the laws
of the State of Washington and this application does not constitute
an agreement between the two parties until approved by Dead
Red Sports. If a legal action is instituted, the losing party
agrees to pay all reasonable costs and attorney's fees in
connection with said action. It is agreed that the venue of
any legal action will be in Pierce County in the State of
Washington.
