(1) Take the
ball out of your glove at waist height and begin to rotate
hips and glove toward the target,
(2) Glove hand shoulder should point at the target,
while beginning to move front leg toward the target,
(3) Stride toward the target, while pointing
the back of your glove at the target,
(4) Transfer weight to your front leg, while
opening hips so your throwing arm can come through,
(5) Follow through with your throwing arm, while
trying to hit your partners chest area with the ball.
